About this studio
Blackbox Studio 9 is a fully blacked-out production studio built for video, product, and high-control lighting work. With a pre-lit cyclorama wall and a full grid, it's the opposite of a natural-light space — you control every photon. Ideal for commercial video, music videos, e-commerce, and tabletop product shoots.

Changing or cancelling your booking
You can request changes to your booking, or cancel it, right from your confirmation.
- Reschedule — up to 1 hour before your session, free and instant. Inside 1 hour, you can send a request, but approval isn't guaranteed.
- Add hours — you can send a request, but approval isn't guaranteed; you pay the difference if accepted.
- Shorten your booking — up to 1 hour before your session, instant approval, with a refund based on when you make the change (see below). Inside 1 hour, you can send a request, but approval isn't guaranteed; refund as below if accepted.
Refunds are issued either to the original payment method or as account credit, depending on the business configuration. Please note that Stripe processing fees are non-refundable.
